According to wikipedia, diet means limit to food and lose the weight.

There are various kinds for a diet.
Limit to food and exercise are most popular way for a diet.

For example, now, "banana diet" is a most popular in japan .
What is "banana diet"?

I'll explain for you. What is banana diet and the effect.





The banana diet is a way of a diet.

You eat bananas everyday,true to its name.
You can eat bananas as many as you want.


But the banana which cooled isn't good for a body.

So I don't recommend the bananas that cooled.

I think you had better eat the bananas of the room temperature.




If you don't feel like eating bananas, I recommend that you should eat other kind of fruits.


And you had better drink a water when you eat bananas.

Please use the water of room temperature.





The quantity does not have to be conscious.

But please drink the water diligentry.


Lunch, the supper, you can eat a favorite thing.

And you may eat a snack at 15:00 .
